I'm Nguy\u1ec5n L\u1ec7 H\u00e0 \u2014 an architect, project developer and business builder with over 15 years of experience in architecture, design consulting and project management.<\/p>\n

I started out in architecture, but the work took me far beyond any single building. I care about the whole process of creating value \u2014 from idea, design and construction to managing and operating spaces, developing products, and building businesses and people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After more than 15 years, I've come to see that the most valuable thing I can create isn't just buildings or businesses \u2014 it's knowledge, systems, and people who can keep creating value long after me.<\/p>\n

So the next stage of my career centres on vocational training, mentoring and nurturing the next generation \u2014 walking alongside those who want to build a career or a start-up in the same field. The goal is to raise people who can stand on their own feet, and then go on to guide the generation after them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

I want to help build an ecosystem where architecture, living spaces, products, business, people and the environment can all grow together.<\/p>\n

I believe an architect can create value on many levels \u2014 from a single building, a living space or a product, to a business and even a whole generation of people.<\/p>\n

I want to keep testing those connections in the real world \u2014 starting in H\u1ed9i An and Vietnam, and reaching for bigger opportunities over time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
