Practice · Build · Pass It On

After more than 15 years, I've come to see that the most valuable thing I can create isn't just buildings or businesses — it's knowledge, systems, and people who can keep creating value long after me.

VISION

I want to help build an ecosystem where architecture, living spaces, products, business, people and the environment can all grow together.

I believe an architect can create value on many levels — from a single building, a living space or a product, to a business and even a whole generation of people.

I want to keep testing those connections in the real world — starting in Hội An and Vietnam, and reaching for bigger opportunities over time.

PROJECTS

My projects aren't separate ventures. They're different parts of one journey: practising, building, experimenting, learning and passing it on

01

TOAM — ARCHITECTURE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Where I work hands-on with real projects, building an approach in which architecture doesn't stop at good-looking design — it also weighs cost, schedule, quality, buildability, operation and economic value.

02

THE NEST STUDIO — LIVING & HOSPITALITY

Bringing architectural thinking into everyday life by developing and running living spaces, apartments and stays in Hội An.

03

NESTORS — DESIGN, NATURE & CIRCULARITY

Through bamboo, wood and other natural materials, Nestors explores how to create products for children, living spaces, travel and education — moving step by step toward a circular-economy mindset.

04

EDUCATION & MENTORSHIP — TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION

Drawing on my years of practice and business-building, I'm developing something I value even more: education and mentoring. I want to build training programmes around real situations — helping young people not just “know architecture”, but actually be able to practise it.

After more than 15 years in architecture and business, I've found that much of what matters most isn't in textbooks or a set of design drawings.

It lives in the everyday decisions:

It lives in the everyday decisions:
How do we solve a difficult problem?
How do we work with clients?
How does a project move from drawings to the built work?
How do we manage costs, timelines, and people?
How does an architect build a practice of their own?
How does an idea become a product?
