ABOUT ME
I'm Nguyễn Lệ Hà — an architect, project developer and business builder with over 15 years of experience in architecture, design consulting and project management.
I started out in architecture, but the work took me far beyond any single building. I care about the whole process of creating value — from idea, design and construction to managing and operating spaces, developing products, and building businesses and people.
These three directions let me see architecture from many angles:
After more than 15 years, I've come to see that the most valuable thing I can create isn't just buildings or businesses — it's knowledge, systems, and people who can keep creating value long after me.
So the next stage of my career centres on vocational training, mentoring and nurturing the next generation — walking alongside those who want to build a career or a start-up in the same field. The goal is to raise people who can stand on their own feet, and then go on to guide the generation after them.
Vison
VISION
I want to help build an ecosystem where architecture, living spaces, products, business, people and the environment can all grow together.
I believe an architect can create value on many levels — from a single building, a living space or a product, to a business and even a whole generation of people.
I want to keep testing those connections in the real world — starting in Hội An and Vietnam, and reaching for bigger opportunities over time.
Misions
Mission
Turning hands-on experience into knowledge, systems and people.
I want to share what I've learned through designing, building, managing projects and running businesses — helping young people get better at the craft, understand the work more deeply, and build careers of their own.
I want to walk alongside skilled people looking to turn that expertise into a service, a product, a business or a model that can grow sustainably — and to raise a next generation that can carry those values forward in their own way.
The greatest achievement of anyone in this profession isn't only what they build, but the people who can keep building after them.
Why this website
Where the three stages of the journey come together
After more than 15 years in architecture and business, I've found that much of what matters most isn't in textbooks or a set of design drawings. It lives in the everyday decisions:
I built this website to organise and share that experience.
In time, I want nguyenleha.com to become a place where:
And projects like ToAM, The Nest Studio and Nestors become living case studies — where ideas are tested in the real world and the lessons are shared back.
I don't want this website to only answer the question, “What has Nguyễn Lệ Hà done?”
From what we've learned, what can we build together next?
