TOAM — Architecture & Project Management

ToAM — Total of Architectural Management — is my professional practice in architectural consulting, design, project management and development.

Here I keep working hands-on with real projects, building an approach in which architecture doesn't stop at good-looking design — it also weighs cost, schedule, quality, buildability, operation and economic value.

ToAM is also where I train and grow a professional team, gradually building a system that can run beyond the capacity of any one person.

THE NEST STUDIO — Living & Hospitality

The Nest Studio is where I bring architectural thinking into real life — developing and running living spaces, apartments and stay models in Hội An.

Here I don't just design a space and walk away. I watch first-hand how people live in, use, experience and pay for a space.

The Nest has become a living laboratory — where I test the relationship between design, experience, operation and business.

The lessons from The Nest have taught me that a good space doesn't just need to photograph well — it has to be liveable, workable and genuinely valuable.

NESTORS — Design, Nature & Circularity

Nestors is the step that expands from architecture into products, materials and manufacturing.

Through bamboo, wood and other natural materials, Nestors explores how to create products for children, living spaces, travel and education — moving step by step toward a circular-economy mindset.

If ToAM takes me from idea to building, Nestors lets me follow a different path:

Material → design → product → manufacturing → market → life cycle.

Nestors is where I test one question: how can the values of architecture keep being created at a smaller, more flexible scale, closer to everyday life?

EDUCATION & MENTORSHIP — Training the Next Generation

Drawing on my years of practice and business-building, I'm developing something I value even more: education and mentoring.

I want to build training programmes around real situations — helping young people not just “know architecture”, but actually be able to practise it.

The focus is on the skills that school often doesn't fully teach:

  • Design thinking and problem-solving
  • Delivery and quality control
  • Project management
  • Working with clients and partners
  • Managing time and workload
  • Project finance and performance
  • Team building
  • Running a studio
  • Business thinking for professionals

Beyond training, I want to work more closely with capable people who want to build their own careers — architects, engineers, project managers, studio founders and start-ups in the field.

The goal isn't to create people who depend on a teacher. It's to raise people who can stand on their own feet — and then go on to guide the next generation.
